Atrium managed a complex building improvement program at this Manhattan office building, made more difficult by its landmark district location, strict building codes, and a fully occupied commercial tenancy. The work included a new storefront, lobby entrance, and front windows, a new roof, Local Law façade work, a full elevator modernization with a new bulkhead, and life-safety upgrades including sprinkler, jockey pump, backflow, and fire alarm systems, along with an upgraded electrical service. Atrium also managed extensive tenant build-outs, including new bathrooms, kitchens, HVAC split systems, upgraded electrical, and full office configurations.
